The ability for catchers (and pitchers) to call a game is one of the most undercoached aspects of baseball and softball. This three-part course will focus on helping pitch callers learn what to look for when calling a game and how to develop an general philosophy for pitch calling. Here are the dates for the 3 sessions: January 16, 23, &30. Royals Scout Team coach and Blue Valley Southwest head coach Tyler Kincaid will lead the workshop. Tyler has great experience of calling games for pitchers/catchers at the collegiate lever for the University of San Diego and Kansas State University.
