Pitching 201 is a 4 session opportunity for baseball youth ages 12-15 to add to their foundation of pitching.

Dates will be September 15th and 22nd; October 6th and 13th.

Topics will include proper grip, direction, balance, pitching from the stretch position, mental preparation as well as drills that will help the individual continue to progress beyond the the 4 sessions.

It is suggested to attend all 4 sessions to gain maximum benefit as each will build upon the previous week.
