Aidan Bui and Leelan Smith represented the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy as finalists for the MLB Jr. Homerun Derby and Pitch Hit & Run competitions during the 2021 World Series. Aidan competed in the 14U division for the Jr. Homerun Derby and Leelan competed in the 8U division for Pitch Hit & Run.
