The 6-week sessions will be held at 18th and Vine District at Parade Park for players 13 to 17 years old. Educational lesson will be incorporated that will allow for a deeper understanding of the history of the Negro League and its many historic players.

We will explore factors that led to the creation of the Negro Leagues, the similarities and differences between the Negro Leagues and Major League Baseball (MLB) and the impact the Negro Leagues had on MLB from a social, cultural, financial and historical standpoint.

You MUST be an active participant at MLB-Youth Academy to register for the Negro League Curriculum sessions.
