This course is for all current or aspiring fastpitch umpires.  Each class will have a classroom and on field component. 

USA Softball rules will be taught.

After completion of this course you will be certified to be able to umpire for USA Softball of Kansas City and RADS (Royals Amateur Development System) Partnered Leagues. 

Those who complete this course with at least 80% attendance will receive the following: 

  • Two Royals Game Day Tickets 
  • Powder Blue Umpire Shirt
  • Navy Blue Umpire Hat
  • Ball Bag
  • Plate Brush
  • Indicator 
  • Any Youth umpire (14-22) will have their USA Softball Registration Fees Paid
