Return to Sports Yoga @ KCUYA

Yoga is a highly beneficial tool for all athletes. It helps to build stability, increase range of motion, reduce risk of injury, improve recovery, and much more. This course will be offered once per week for 6 weeks. All equipment you will need will be provided. This yoga program is designed specifically for athletes and will not only help you to prevent injury, but will also help you to increase your performance on the field.
