Strength and Conditioning Baseball/Softball
FOR PARTICIPANTS 13 - 18
We will begin our Fall Strength and Conditioning Program on September 6th. The program will be every Monday and Wednesday from September 6th- October 13th (6 weeks). We will offer 2 separate sessions with a max of 20 participants per session (10 boys and 10 girls):
���· Session 1: Monday and Wednesday from 4 pm �¢?? 5 pm
���· Session 2: Monday and Wednesday from 5 pm �¢?? 6 pm
For each session we spend equal amount of time working on total body performance and speed and agility.
We do ask you are able to fully commit to the 6 week program barring any unforeseen events where you may need to miss a session. It will be first come, first serve until all spots are filled (10 boys and 10 girls in each session).
