How do I provide a positive impact on my team!? The UYA is excited to cover a three session course on Leadership & Culture with Matt Marasco, Sr. Director of Leadership & Cultural Development for the Kansas City Royals. The three session course will take place on Monday nights (4.19, 4.26, 5.3) from 6 to 7 pm. The course will focus on leading yourself, leading others, and building into the culture of a team. Players (13 & up), coaches, and parents are all welcome to attend. This class will be taught via Zoom.
