Individual Fees

One of the goals of the offseason is to make improvements to our performance. A major part of this is improving our strength, power, speed, and agility. Not only does a strength and conditioning program help to make these improvements, it also helps correct muscle imbalances that occurred over the season, realign the body, and ultimately helps to decrease the risk of injury. Through this program, participants will take part in a 6 week strength and conditioning program where they will utilize both the KCUYA weight room as well as the indoor field. Participants will learn baseball and softball appropriate exercises and workout 2 times per week. At the end of the program, all participants will be given an at home workout manual to continue working out the remainder of the off-season.
