Participants will learn about the mechanics of a pitcher as it relates to age and key indicators in the various phases of pitching that could result in decreased performance and increased risk of injury. This course will benefit players, coaches, and parents in understanding pitching mechanics as it relates to performance and injury. This course is not intended to be a pitching lesson, but rather to simply understand what proper pitching mechanics look like, how to use video to identify incorrect mechanics, and translate findings to injury risk and performance.

Audience: Baseball pitchers (ages 10-18), Baseball coaches, and parents

When: Every Monday at 6 PM (2/21, 2/28, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28)

Location: Zoom (link provided after registration)
