This course will benefit players, coaches, and parents in understanding pitching mechanics as it relates to performance and injury. This course is not intended to be a pitching lesson, but rather to simply understand what proper pitching mechanics look like, how to use video to identify incorrect mechanics, and translate findings to injury risk and performance.
